Web Designer and Developer

1. Duties & Responsibilities:
    1. Web Design & Development:
  1. Design and develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing websites.
  2. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface elements using tools such
    as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  3. Convert designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  4. Customize and maintain WordPress themes, templates, and plugins (or similar CMS).
  5. Implement branding and design consistency across all digital platforms.

    6. 2. Technical Implementation:
  6. Develop and maintain website architecture, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
  7. Integrate backend functionalities using PHP and MySQL, and work with basic MERN stack concepts as needed.
  8. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.

    9. 3. User Experience & Optimization:
  9. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  10. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility compliance.
  11. Ensure a seamless user journey in line with industry best practices.

    12. 4. Collaboration & Support:
  12. Work closely with the Technical Support Department and other teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  13. Provide technical support for web-related issues, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
  14. Train and guide junior team members or stakeholders on CMS usage and best practices.

    15. 5. Continuous Learning & Innovation:
  15. Stay updated with emerging web design and development trends, tools, and technologies.
  16. Recommend improvements and innovative approaches for enhancing the company’s digital presence.
  17. Train and guide junior team members or stakeholders on CMS usage and best practices.
2. Qualifications
    Educational Background
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Experience
  2. Minimum of 3+ years in web design and development, preferably in a senior or lead role.
